While in Paris I was treated to a variety of sensory pleasures. These included the near-naked dancers in the showers at the newest bar in the Marais, called Raido (above). It brought me way, way back to the days when I used to bartend and manage Splash in New York. This bar is crowded and cruisy with lots of energy. The urinals downstairs are equipped with a camera aimed at your face which sends an image to the urinal on the opposite side of the room and vice-versa so that while you relieve yourself you are enjoying a silent tete-a-tete with a stranger on the other side of the toilette.
