road.jpg Gay couple in Utah barred from school dance. The two 17-year-olds were refused entry even though the ACLU says state law requires schools to protect students from harassment and promote tolerance.

  2. Speaking of Boy Scouts, the uber-conservative organization has actually furthered the gay cause in a recent decision by the US Court of Appeals for the 3rd Circuit.

    In an ironic turn of events, the court applied the logic in Boy Scouts v. Dale, which allowed the Boy Scouts to exclude gay scout masters, to universities that wish to exclude military recruiters who discriminate against gays.
