First small town in New York to offer health partner benefits to gay couples may vote to repeal them. "Opponents of the benefits were gleeful: 'It's been a long ordeal, and I'm glad to see that, finally, Eastchester is fighting back.'"

Attorney for Christians arrested at Philadelphia's OutFest claims "profound abuse of power" by city. Charges filed against the group were "criminal conspiracy, possession of instruments of crime, reckless endangerment of another person, ethnic intimidation, riot, failure to disperse, disorderly conduct and obstructing highways."
