  1. RE: Iowa---

I HOPE so! It only seems to reason that divorces accompany some same-sex marriages---as occurs in AMY marriage. Kudos to the judge and his comfirmation that law is LAW and, regardless of the plaintiff or venue, is deserving of the full protections and respect of same.

We specialize in same-sex marriage and, though we hope that our clients wed "forever" (romantic idealists that we are!), we are not wearing blinders to the reality of life. Equal is equal! Reciprocity is EQUAL! Regardless of gender or any OTHER factor. There can be NO Gray Area in EQUALITY!

  3. RE: Telluride / Aspen

Unfortunately, the Aspen Times put too much credence in something we Telluriders have known for some time: Al Heirich likes to generate web traffic for his rogue website by fanning the flames of contoversy.

Telluride Cyberguide is essentially a leach on the legitimate marketing system in this region. Best to avoid and ignore it.
