Bloomberg says New York City will appeal yesterday's ruling that declared the state's same-sex marriage ban unconstitutional. He also apparently made this hilarious statement: "The mayor, who supports same-sex marriage, said if the decision were not appealed there could be chaos in the city--with thousands coming from everywhere to get married."

You really need to change your wording on the Bloomberg headline--the way you have it written it sounds like gay marriage was termed unconstitutional, but it was the statewide *ban* that was declared unconstitutional. The way you have it written makes it sound like gay marriage was deemed unconstitutional and Bloomberg is mad about that when it's in fact just the opposite--it's now *not* unconstitutional and Bloomberg is pissed about that because he's a homophobe.

Yeah, that wording is really confusing, on top of the confusion that is Bloomberg "supporting" same-sex marriage and at the same time saying the decision needs to be appealed.

You said it Andy. The "Gay" excuse for a murder defense is the new Susan Smith; of having two black men carjack you and steal your babies.
