New Uruguayan Erection

Activists applauded the new monument, though this rather unfortunate AP photo makes it look like a lonely object erected to confuse heterosexuals.

Who knew Urugay was so cool! There's a similar monument in Amsterdam to gay & lesbian holocaust victims . . . although it's much more tastefully designed.
