Word from Towleroad’s source inside Microsoft says that the petition posted on the company intranet to execs now has over 1,300 signatures. My source also suggests that there is heavy chatter at MS regarding the existence of the petition and that top execs and HR are most likely monitoring it closely. No word on whether an “official” memo has yet been conveyed to company leaders in relation to the online petition.
AmericaBlog reported on Bill Gates’ interview with NPR today in which he denied that the company changed its position on the anti-discrimination bill. The most recent article in The Stranger suggests otherwise.
