road.jpg Hamas leader Mahmoud Zahar condemns gay marriage in vision of ultraconservative Islamic society for Gaza: "Are these the laws for which the Palestinian street is waiting? For us to give rights to homosexuals and to lesbians, a minority of perverts and the mentally and morally sick?"

road.jpg Supreme Court of Massachusetts hears case that may determine whether same-sex couples from out of state can marry there. If the 1913 law is struck down, a same-sex couple from out of state could potentially wed in Massachusetts and demand rights in their home state.
