Cowboy Art Making Impressions
Hot for art collectors? "California impressionism and pictures of cowboy-and-Indian life are causing collector stampedes." Also hot, according to Forbes, Chinese porcelain from the Qing Dynasty, paintings by Joan Mitchell and Lee Krasner, scrimshaw (carving in sperm whale teeth or walrus tusks), Babe Ruth memorabilia, and 20th century photography.
