82nd Airborne Division in Gay Porn Scandal
The U.S. Army is investigating claims that up to seven members from the 82nd Airborne division stationed in Fort Bragg, NC have appeared on gay porn websites.
Fleshbot nailed down the alleged website as ActiveDuty.com: "Of all the military-themed gay porn sites out there, Active Duty is pretty much the only one that consistently features models who actually look like they’ve gone AWOL for a few hours to film some hot soldier-on-soldier action."
The Activeduty.com site, as well as the Fort Bragg 82nd Airborne Division site have both been shut off, foiling the efforts of those who might want to identify the soldiers named in the investigation.
As a side note, Mark Kraynak, one of the two dancers who allegedly fell to their deaths in a quarry outside Montreal last September, had been a member of the 82nd Airborne Division, and received a Purple Heart for his service in Iraq.

Interestingly enough, there are seven guys in Active Duty's porn flick, "Band of Lovers," including the dude in the picture here. It's pretty f*cking hot (depending on your tastes), and you can see it at www.paypergay.com.

The guy in the picture was ex Army called Cole on the site. There are a lot more than 7 guys on that site from Bragg, Marines and AF from Pope also.
It will be intresting to see if the military is going back to enforcing don't tell or if they let this blow away it may say gay is ok.

Why do you call it a scandal?

I know the Marines have huge history of gay sex at Oceanside, Ca (on the web and on the street)and I wonder if that this is just a Army thing?
There was two Marines who did j/o shows from the barracks at Lejune too. I hope this site is back on line soon...it was my fav membership site.

I better get a damn refund from ActiveDuty.com if they go down permanently.

Active Duty is (was?) one HOT SITE. I've seen those Marines do things that made me blush.
I'm surprised they got caught, though. The site's opening pages had legal roadblocks preventing the military from using the site's materials from being used against the participants.

Boys, pray to the godess that Dink Flamingo survives this problem. I talked with him a few days ago, and he had gewat bravado, but I could tell he's worried.

>>Mark Kraynak ... had been a member of the 82nd Airborne Division
Sounds like they have a problem over there. Not that making porn is a bad thing, but as a former sailor, I can tell you that there isn't an active duty service member in the world who wouldn't expect to be punished if they were caught doing it. It doesn't have anything to do with being Gay. Plenty of heterosexual women have faced the same penalties, when they were caught and prosecuted.
ActiveDuty.com and the involved service members knew better. It's a shame they couldn't have waited a couple of years until they were out of the service.

at least one report on Mark Kraynak's death stated that there WAS material featuring Kraynak on activeduty.com but that the material was removed.
The real scandal here is that, today, the Department of Defense is treating enlisted people like temp labor. A soldier injured in Irag fighting Bush's war should not have had to turn to being a licensed sex worker in Canada in order to make a living. GIs coming home from WWII built most of Long Island with GI Loans.
The previous military sex scandal involved Dirk Yates and Allworldsvideo. There is even one allworldsvideo of a former soldier talking about participating in the military's investigation of the scandal.

I can't access Activeduty.com - is anyone else having trouble? Did the military already get the plug pulled?

Activeduty is down for now. This same thing happened a few years ago when the local Fayeteville paper did a story on this, took pictures of his house etc. The site was down to visitors for a few days then until it blew over. I expect this is what dink is trying to do know also.
Mark Kraynak did work for activeduty.com. He also did work for several sites and that can still be seen. Dink pulled the pictures and videos of Mark down outta respect after he was killed.
As for Peter Everhards comments, I was in the Army, in the 18th, in Iraq, I know guys that did this type of "work". Not a single guy did it just for the money. The pay and benefits in the Army are pretty good. More than any kid can make at a burger joint. Guys do this mostly because they like the attention. Getting a car payment out of it is not bad either. The money is not "that" good and unless you get a repeat gig like doing the shows over and over not good at all. Guys do it for the thrill some may be straight, but most at very bisexual or even all the way gay. The military culture is very gay and anything is accepted as long as you are fairly masculine. I have been in 8 years and get my dick sucked all the time by fellow GI's.

I always find out about the good sites when they shutter their doors to the poor.

What is the special message to members? There's no longer any way to become a member...

The legal notice on the front page of the site will do little to protect the models from military prosecution. Especially when you can run a Google image search of "ActiveDuty.com" and find literally hundreds of images from the site.

Actually, the federal courts have held that "terms of Use" agreements on websites are valid and enforceable contracts. Specificially, that a vistor to a website clicking on an "agree" link/button gives his/her legal consent to be bound by the terms of use of the website.
So, if anyone military or otherwise, entered activeduty.com with the intent of violating the privacy of the models or the terms of use of the website, those parties can be sued for damages associated with violating the "terms of use" of activeduty.com.
For example, Verio.com entered the website of register.com to get contact information from the domain name whois data on register.com. While whois data is public information and accessing whois data is leagl (in general), Verio's intent and manner of gathering the information violated the "terms of use" of the register.com website.
Bottom line, if you have dealt with anything government like the IRS or DOD, then you know that they will cave in if faced with a deep pocket defendant who has a lawyer (there is a guy who isn't even a lawyer who has made a business of getting gays approved for security clearances because his is known to create a lot of work for the DOD). The people behind activeduty.com appear to have SOME money and they appear to be prepared to defend their models. So, I would expect there to be some settlement of this issue, probably along the lines of the models getting voluntarily honorable discharges.
I'm actually interested in seeing how this unfolds. And, I fully expect the military to cave in because ( a ) they don't want some extended drawn out court battle involving GI doing gay porn; and ( b ) they could actually end up paying damages to a porn publisher; and ( c ) this could raise some bigger issues related to the Government spying on individuals / private companies and the CIA/NSA being engaged in spying activities in the US. Can Bush claim that he spied on a porn website to protect Americans from terrorists?
In the hands of the right lawyers, this matter could just blow Bush a whole new asshole, or at the very least serve as the final nail in Bush's internal spying coffin.

What I get not at all is why the military wants to address this, period. The armed forces have a long and well-known history of sexual 'misconduct', dating long before the using of Hershey bars to get whores in WW II.
That soldiers do gay shit, whether they're gay or not, is as old as time, and it's only a scandal when the government freaks. NO ONE cares, otherwise.

I don't think the front page warnings or the federal court rulings will make any difference.
The Front Page: there is many ways of obtaing the proof that the guys worked in video other than this site. IE order the video from countless other sites.
Military Courts are parellel to the federal courts. The Military Courts system, Uniformed Code of Military Justice is not under the rule of law from federal courts.
My actual hope is this does not blow over. It si time for the don't ask don't tell to be trashed and sexual orientation to no longer matter in the military.

Wanna see activeduty.com?
Go to archive.org and use the waybackmachine.
Bits and pieces will come out.
Agreed anyone doing that on active duty is D U M B or seeking the proverbial Section 8.

Oh well. Don't Ask, Don't Tell, but lemme show you what I got.
I think it's ludicrous that these soldier would expect immunity from military prosecution because of a porn web page non-disclosure agreement. My understanding is; when you are on active duty, your ass belongs to Uncle Sam, 24 x 7 from the moment you step off the bus to the moment you get discharged. I had a co-worker who was in the navy and was thrown in the brig for getting sun poisoning from laying on a beach too long. The sun poisoning prevented him from active duty and he was brought up on charges.
Interesting, I know a LOT of ex-military. Every single guy (straight and gay) talked talked about how rampant and aggressive the sex was (army, navy and marines! Sign me up!). From what I could gather, it was just something to do until something else came along and you did not read any more into it. I've heard about a lot of hot times on board and in the barracks (even recent).
I am surprised that only this ONE website popped up.

Thanks for the tip Brian. I've been searching wrong all this time.
That Texas guy is hot. Nice mouth, nice dick, nice farmers tan.
From my experience the military is like prison when it comes to sex minues perhaps the totem pole aspect. The very idea that gay sex isn't happening all over just isn't supported by the life experience of most military men I've ever known, straight or gay.

Oi, the picture of that Texas flag guy is haunting me still....

I disagree with Jay Croce that if these had been het soldiers fucking twat, that they (news media and US Army) would have been as harsh, as loud about this whole deal nor do I believe that the hetero soldiers would get into as much trouble as these guys and Daniel (owner of site) are going to get into. No way. This is a GAY witch hunt and they are going to hang these guys out to dry, every last one of them. What a GREAT country this is, eh? And if these women he speaks of, the hetero women, who were caught were prosecuted/punished so harshly, then how come we never heard about it? And how come we've NEVER heard of hetero male soldiers being busted? Because they're not GAY. That's why.
