Six men to stand trial for 2004 theft of Munch's "The Scream".
Robbie Williams earned £30,000 a day in 2005 but has said in the past that money ain't much to him: "Sometimes I feel like giving it all away. Tom Cruise is reportedly PO'ed that biographer Andrew Morton has hired former gay porn actor/director Paul Baressi to dig up information on the Scientologist. Said Cruise's lawyer Bert Fields: "I wrote a letter to Mr Morton back in November and said he obviously was entitled to write the book but 'make sure you check your facts'. If he tries to use my letter to create the impression that Mr Cruise did have a gay affair, we will certainly sue ... because the story is false. Mr Cruise is not gay."

Six Las Vegas area high school basketball players may face sexual assault charges after an alleged violation that took place after school on the indoor basketball court: "The incident, which took place about 5:45 p.m. on Feb. 3 in the school's gymnasium, involved members of Sierra Vista's boys varsity basketball team. Six or more players jumped a newcomer to the squad and took him to the floor. One or more of the attackers inserted fingers into the victim's rectum, sources said."

I have not seen such agressive attempts to thwart a rumor since Liberace and Elton John!

"Six Las Vegas area high school basketball players may face sexual assault charges.." What? Who the hell does this stuff w/o being a total freak?! This is rape and those kids deserve jail time. If some boys had done that to a girl, wouldn't they be facing rape charges and jail?
A few years ago, when that police officer, Justin Volpe raped Abner Louima with a toilet plunger handle, people were defending the cop. A rapist is a rapist whether it's heterosexual or homosexual rape. Hell, what about all of the those older female teachers preying on their 13 year old male students. If the sexes were reversed or both teacher and student were male, there would be a cry of bloody murder.

Sexual assault charges often mean rape. The term is cleaned up so that you can peacefully eat your evening supper. Well, okay, that's not the Real reason it's cleaned up. The real reason is why the average hetero-male thinks that sexual assault in general is "not always a big deal".

At this stage, Cruise's litigation mania reminds me of Jack Lemon's George Kellerman in the original 'Out-of-Towners'. As each minor injustice or mishap befell, from lost luggage to a closed church, the pad would come out:
"What's your name? Smith? Well, Mr. Smith, you'll be hearing from my attorney..."

Twenty years ago this would have been dismissed as "Boys will be boys". Not anymore, with the recent attack in Boston, and the almost daily assault on our rights by the wingnuts on the right today, I feel al little differently.
Each of these kids should be charged with rape or sexual assault and prosecuted. In addition, the kid that was assaulted should sue each of these kids in civil court and the parents should be held responsible for their children's actions. He is going to suffer for his abuse for the rest of his life.

I had a dream about Tom Cruise last night. It was hot. He looked cute, like he did in Top Gun and I looked totally different to how I really do look, which helped. We met, in a restaurant and then we got outside and couldn't keep our tongues apart.

Let's see, this is Vegas, and 6 Boys Varsity Basketball players have me on the ground, with their fingers up my butt....
Do I call for help, or mentally calculate their tip as my eyes roll back in my head.
High school must be a little different than it was when I was a boy.
