Jesse Metcalfe Not Bothered by Gay Rumors
Jesse Metcalfe tells Metro UK that he doesn't mind being objectified on screen:
"It’s still relatively early in my career and these are the roles I’m getting. If taking your clothes off is part of the story and you end up becoming a sex object then so be it. It’s not something I’m in control of. I’d like to play deeper characters in the future but I can’t complain at the moment."
And from the non-denial dept, he also says that the gay rumors don't bother him: "As long as your friends and family and people you care about know who you are then that’s the most important thing. You can’t concern yourself with every little thing people say about you."
He does, however, deny plucking his eyebrows ("The make-up people do it for me when necessary. I wouldn’t know how to go about it.") and shaving his chest on a regular basis: "I only do that when I’m working."

What is it with men shaving their gorgeous body hair, especially their chests? Many of us still like a hairy chest to run our fingers and tongues through.
Shave your scrotum, fine, but your chest? This anti-hair obsession is another sign of social dysfunction permeating a queer community that once extolled body and facial hair.
If you've got it, flaunt it, don't shave it!

That little candy-ass shaves and plucks whatever he can from his gym-toned bod. He can no more claim authenticity of his look, it being so ubiquitous, than a mannequin can.

If someone were paying me as much as they're paying Jesse Metcalfe to pluck and shave, there wouldn't be a hair left on my body.
Of course, the only people offering me money to do that are, uh, um, well...no one.

Well it shouldn't bother him considering that HE IS gay. it bothers me that he denies it and isn't brave enough to come out. If he wants to be in the closet and deal with denying the "rumours" maybe he shouldn't be traipsing around West Hollwood in CA and the West Village and Chelsea sucking face with him.
