Space Porn: Atlantis Moments after Intercourse

These are some pretty amazing shots taken from France with a Baader helioscope and Canon 5D. The tiny specks in the photo above (highlighted below) are the Atlantis Space Shuttle and the International Space Station transiting the Sun just 50 minutes after their disengagement.

That's pretty neat--haven't seen that before. The space station is about 250 miles up and the Sun is 93 million miles away. Too bad we don't have a movie of this.
