Scissor Sisters Play the Austrian Alps
Scissor Sisters photographer Kevin Tachman sent us these shots from the annual Top Of The Mountain show at the Silvretta Arena Ischgl-Samnaun in Ischgl, Austria this past weekend. Tina Turner, Bob Dylan, and Elton John have played the show before, which is meant to mark the end of the official ski season there.
Said Tachman, "The altitude had Jake reaching for the oxygen tank and Ana Matronic toasting to high altitude effects of alcohol." That's some venue!

I'm jealous Lashawnac. I wanted to see them last night in town (MUC) but I couldn't swing it (client meeting with dinner).

The men in my family all suffer from a genetic defect that causes us to go deaf around the age of 50. I have always dreaded that day because I so love good music. But everytime I hear the ScissorSisters a little voice in the back of my head says, "Being deaf wouldn't be *so* bad."
