Attempts like 2257 to regulate the Internet have so far failed in court battles, so I'm not sure this is going to get very far. Simply objecting to a new regulation pro forma will have no impact.
Reverse stock splits are typically executed to eliminate marginal stock holders from their position by reducing their holding below the legal limit.

Why is it that wherever Bush goes they make sure he never sees any protesters, and would virtually wipe them out altogether if possible? He is the new Hitler, no doubt.
Does anyone feel sorry for Gordon Ramsay? It seems he had it coming, and is quite funny. too bad it won't be on tv.

Hey Andy -- you got it right in the body, but the header says "Ramsey." I love his cooking and highly recommend a trip to the flagship in Royal Hospital Road next time you are in London.

In the very recent past it would have read "Mr. Woulfe, who never married, leaves no survivors."
BTW, his most important costume was NOT Judy's dress for "A Star is Born" but the teardrop-cut-away ensemble for Jane Russell in "The French Line" -- which nearly got the film banned. There was a British documentary on RKO made a number of years back that ran on A&E where Woulfe was intereviewed extensively about that costume and others he made for the studio during Hughes' reign.
