  1. If Tancredo were a real candidate it'd be scary. But you should see Giuliani's ad attacking Hillary on the drivers license issue. It's been on a couple blogs, but here's the direct link:

Not sure if it's a spoof by another candidate, but I LMAO. Favorite part was living in a world of tacos and margharitas. Doesn't seem so bad to me!

  2. Does anyone else think the Tancredo ad is just sorta embarrassing? I mean, it comes off like a faux-ad from The Colbert Report or something. Really, do people still buy into this crap? Republican or no? And whats with the shitty SFX? I started laughing when the explosion sound comes on. Thumbs down all around

  3. Now Hillary is going to get bashed because the rule is, if a flag touches the ground, you have to burn it. She disrespects the flags! Funny to hear the aides shitting themselves over the potential headlines.

Tancredo is a sad joke. Talk about pandering to morons. And you can't have decent sound effects if you have no money.

  4. I don't understand why the ad is heinous. The worst part is the claim immigrants are here to "take our jobs" But border security needs to be improved, does it not? When people talk about the waste of money in Iraq isn't that one of the smarter uses they cite? You can't deny there are terrorists who want to enter this country. Anyone here actually going to deny that?

  5. What's heinous is the complete manipulation of the ad--it's overblown playing of terrorism fear to shove through the Lou Dobbs anti-immigration legislation.

On a superficial note....how damn sexy is Jamie Bamber with his beard, British accent, and gay friendliness.

  11. e is a cuttie! Is he single now! His profile was found on a personals site called WealthyRomance.com last week!

  12. It's heinous because, in a typically hyperbolic, simple-minded Republican fashion, it jams together immigration and terrorism. Immigrants come to this country to start new lives, not blow things up or "steal" our jobs. (Most often they end up doing the jobs no one else wants to do.) Then he piles on violent imagery from other countries (with, the ad people hope, immigrants still fresh on everyone's mind) before basically saying, Vote for me or you die! Not heinous?

  13. RE: Tancredo video

I thought we were fighting them over there so we didn't have to fight them over here.

  14. I haven't voted Republican since 88' but b/c of this single issue and Rangle's idiot tax bill I am considering voting for against the Dems. I don't find anything wrong with the ad. I wish it was coming from the Democratic camp.
