Anderson Cooper Takes Us "Noodlin" in the Deep South
This is my favorite Anderson Cooper report in recent memory. Last night on AC360 on "The Shot" he featured Noodlin, the practice of catching catfish by hand in Arkansas.
Says Anderson: "As you can see, they grow them real big in the waters...they literally, like, find the fish and shove their arm down the fishes throat through the gills...That's noodlin...I wanna go noodlin."
And I bet the new biceps could catch Anderson a big one.

This is completely disgusting and barbaric. The fact that these news models giggle at the sight of horrible animal abuse if incredibly offensive and yes, I am a vegetarian and find animal agriculture (for food and clothing) vile as well. I don't find men who harm animals hot in the least. Brutality is brutality - plain and simple. Certainly we have a long history of terrible behaviour as a species but to use that as an excuse to continue such behaviour is pretty ridiculous and comparing the harvesting of plant life to the violent murder of another being is beyond stupid.
