Alec Baldwin Would Take Gay Marriage Over Gay Sex

Baldwins

UK paper The Guardian talks to Alec Baldwin and asks him the pressing political questions:

"In 30 Rock, now in its third season, the characters play a game in which you have to choose whether to boff, marry or kill a random choice of three people. I ask Baldwin to choose between Hillary Clinton, Barack Obama and John McCain. Who would he boff, marry or kill?"

Baldwin's answer: "'I'd boff Hillary,' he says, totally straight-faced. So that means he believes in gay marriage? 'Well I'd have to because I wouldn't want to sleep with Barack. Barack would just be my long-term companion, as they say. I'd have to have sex with a woman because I'm not gay. I wouldn't want to have sex with Barack Obama or McCain. Obama's wife perhaps. Anybody's wife - Bush's wife, McCain's wife, but no men - not even operating the video camera.' He pauses, weighing up all the options with due seriousness. 'So I'd boff Hillary, marry Obama... and I wouldn't want to kill McCain,' he says contemplatively. 'Maybe I'd lead him out into the woods and leave him there, and I'd come back and tell you that I'd killed him. But I'd lie, I wouldn't really kill him. And knowing McCain, knowing his past in Vietnam, he'd make it back, he'd survive.'"

Which, of course, would not be acceptable to his brother Stephen...

  1. mccain would NOT make it back

    His history

5th from bottom of his class, 5 crashes, silver spoon son of an admiral and grandson of another admiral, basicaly the Vietnamese got to take advantage of mccains incompetence in crashing (inevitable with all the previous crashes). With his family he served a strategic value as a prisoner vs our porrer sildiers whose only strategic value was in being killed

He would have been on potato peeling duty at best if not for his family connections.

    Not a heroe

    Not a competent soldier

1 f up after another and just damn lucky in who his father and grandfather were.

Add in he married into money (after cheating on 1st wife) and never made his money on his own

Hell, his 1st wife had to have her medical expenses covered by ROSS PEROT because sleazebag mccain prefered to chase after younger skirts and toss the wife who waited!!!!!!!!!!! for him

  3. The typos are ok Jimmyboyo. It's Monday, nobodys fingers are awake on Monday. :)

  4. Why on earth are we in the gay community paying homage to Alec Baldwin? Alec is a part of Hollywood, one of the most homophobic industries in the world when it comes to depicting the male-male interaction. Hollywood is scared of us, basically.

Hollywood also has a bisexual double standard. It embraces female bisexuality but demonizes or marginalizes male bisexuality. This is the true indicator of where Hollywood stands on the male-male interaction.

  5. I'd have to say--orientation and politics aside--these three make for some grim choices in the boff/marry/kill game.

The funny thing though is also typos galore from me on tuesdays, wendsdays, thursdays, fridays, etc.

  7. Remember when "Baldwin" used to be slang for a hot guy?

  8. Jimmyboyo

just think of it this way. You are not making the typos, the keyboard is. I never make typos, it's just that my keyboard never types what I want it to type :) Also, Tuesdays, wednesdays, thursdays and fridays are just mondays with different names to them.

  9. Alec was a waiter at Studio 54, Jason. He is and has always been very gay friendly. He has frequently said that if he were acually attracted to men he'd do it in a New York Minute. In fact he's said somethign to the effect that he's down with everything about gay life except actually having sex with men.

  10. Really stupid game, and saying in an interview that you'd kill a political figure would likely get you arrested.

  11. Given the potential for some excrusiating and offensive answers, I'd say Alex answered this stupid question rather well.

  14. Sorry, but I'd boff, bip and boom Alec if I had the chance.
Check out this Canteen Boy clip from SNL where he plays the pedophile scout master.

Priceless! BTW it features the slimmer, gorgeous, hairy-chested Alec. I'd still do him, tho.

  15. I know this is about Baldwin, but it makes me furious that John McCain is being sold to the public as some big war hero whose "service to the country" CANNOT EVER QUESTIONED! The MSM has conveniently overlooked how inept he really was as a soldier, as Jimmyboyo so aptly points out.

  16. He is still kind of hot and I've always liked him as an actor and get the sense that I'd like him as a person. It's a relief that people seem to have blown off the scandal over his phonecall with his daughter. I think that was kind of unfair anyway. Yeah he's hot tempered and a bit of a blowhard, but people have no idea what kind of situation precipitated such a reaction. And I love him on 30 rock (hope that show stays on the air for atleast 10 yrs.)

  17. Glad I'm not the only one thinking he still got the mojo! It's interesting now his brother Daniel is on Dirty, Sexy Money. I'm so glad NBC wouldn't let him out of their contract when the voicemail incident blew up, couldn't imagine what 30 Rock with Alec. Did I mention he's incredibly good looking in a suit?
