Mad Men should win, hands down. As should Hamm.
Cranford was great, but as I'm a poor schmuck who can't afford HBO right now, I haven't seen John Adams, which I hear (and believe) was awesome - so I can't make any strong opinions in that category.
However, I will say that Judi Dench's performance in Cranford is one of my favorites with her, ever. I have a hard time believing anyone out-acted her in that category, again with the caveat that I didn't see John Adams (yet, as much as I love Laura Linney, I have a tough time believing she bested Dench in Cranford).
Also, the fact that Tin Man was nominated makes me want to throw up a little in my mouth. What a stinking piece of garbage! Sci Fi's done many great miniseries in the past - Taken deservedly won an Emmy, the first Dune miniseries should have won one also. However, Tin Man was just stupid, poorly acted and all-around pathetic. It took a good idea and ruined it.

Some acting nods for BSG are overdue, instead of them being consigned to SFX land.
