East Hampton Turns Alec Baldwin into a Nudist, Meat-Eating Gay Man
In his recent profile in The New Yorker, Alec Baldwin jokes to scribe Ian Parker that when he visits the actor at home he'll find a much different person than he finds on the set of 30 Rock:
"In East Hampton, I’m a nudist and I eat meat. I shoot deer with a bow and arrow. I smoke the deer meat and eat it every morning with my eggs and toast. I am a homosexual. I listen to rock music, loud."
The actor also unleashes about 30 Rock:
"If the show does succeed, it’ll be something of a fucking miracle, because NBC hasn’t done a fucking thing to help this show at all. This show is the red-headed stepchild in the lineup. They’ve gone out of their way to wring the last drops out of ‘My Name Is Earl’ and ‘Scrubs.’ Those shows are done! They’re cooked! Yet they do a one-hour episode of ‘Earl’! You’ve got to be fucking kidding me!"

I hope that he's really wrong about 30 Rock. In my humble opinion, it is one of the best shows on television. I know that I haven't laughed that hard at a show since Seinfeld was on the air.

I want to see Alec have an affair with Kenneth the NBC page on the show. Kenneth is soo gay and they keep putting him in situations with fish. Thank God its on DVD!

Alec Baldwin is an acting genius and a Real Piece of Work. Anadohenic to the max, I wish he realized how many people -- straight, gay, whatever -- are crazy about him.
For his character on 30 Rock to have an affair with Kenneth the page sounds like a great idea.

He should be prosecuted for crimes against gorgeousness, with a sentence of five sessions of cardio a week as punishment.
I mean, he's not that old, and he could rediscover his hotness no problem.
I used to LOVE him... remember Married to the Mob, when he gets shot in his black underwear? Or Working Girl, when Tess discovers him banging Doreen DiMucci and he runs out onto the porch nude?

I'd still hit it... but Alec in MIAMI BLUES was the essence of scorching heat.
The way he keeps hilariously running his mouth these days, he's gonna be like William Shatner -- in on his own joke -- and live forever.

I read that article in the magazine yesterday, ironically. He's very smart and very funny, but clearly also has some deep sadness and frustrations gnawing at him. I wound up with the odd desire to pull a pushing-50-year-old millionaire actor into my arms, stroke his hair and murmur, "It's OK, Daddy" until he wept.

I think 30 Rock is one of the best comedies on American telly. I fear for Kath & Kim. The Aussie version is sheer genius.

it's kind of unbelievable how hilarious he is on 30 rock. 30 rock makes it cool to like tv again.

He may be a little more burly - but he's still pretty darn hotte! and I totally dig his sense of humor - that's the gayest thing about him!!

Don't forget his 4 or 5 episode arc on Will and Grace, he was hsyterical. He's still hot but could stand to lose 40 pounds.

Alec looks better nowadays. He is funny, witty and totally hot.
I am sooo tired of queens expecting guys to all be young and thin and stuff. Real men are IN, eighties gym rats are OUT ! Superficiality is OUT !
