  1. not reckless judgment at all my dear-- you have to court the evangelicals in order to win and mccain knows what he is doing --- remember the evangelicals forgive anything and all eyes are on palin tonight and the media is eating it up -- speech of the century they call it-- the world awaits palin's speech -- she's going to win them over and then some, just see... ah to think that i a hillary supporter would ever admire the republicans but you have to-- i've worked for them and they are smart cookies which is why they own the world so don't underestimate them ever...

  2. Perhaps I'm not getting it, but does anyone else think the St Paul UnConvention video is really offensive?

  4. Well...you have to admit...as regards Sarah Palin, McCain DID achieve the once-thought impossible task of finding someone to run for office with him who makes even George W (dumb-as-dirt) Bush look presidential.

    McCain's insane. 'Nuff said.

That's my bumper sticker and I'm stickin' to it.

  5. I hate to be off topic, but where's the Cindy McCain fashion commentary? Is this a gay site or what?

I mean, honestly, the first night she's dressed as Queen Aurora of the planet Goldtron and last night she chose something from the Mamie Eisenhower collection. I've got couture whiplash.

  8. I'm hoping the St. Paul police get slapped with a lawsuit for their flagrant disregard for the 1st Amendment. They were attacking and arresting credentialed members of the press (see DemocracyNow.org). Of course, that's standard practice for Repugs. If I remember correctly, the same thing happened in NYC in '04.
