  1. Gee and you wonder why Republicans and Middle America continue to hate us. Gays are their own worst enemy in this world.

  2. Kinda silly... I don't know what this has to do with Republicans and Middle America hating gays... as far as I'm concerned I've seen much worse from the Republicans, just turn on Fox News ---- and Middle America? This is just sillyness... LOL

  3. Marc, Lighten Up. There is as much Republicans/conservative jokes towards liberals/gays as they have.

  4. Ha ha.

But she still might win. The joke might be on us.

Call your friends and families in those red states and get the word out. This is terrifying.

  5. Hilarious! The best part has to be Putin telling Palin to "saill her phine ass" over to Russia. :)

  6. That's hilarious. And Marc, we could sit on our hands and not have any fun at all and those folks would still hate gays for being gay and progressives for wanting to end the war and raise taxes for billionaires.

For myself, I enjoy a good laugh now and again.

  7. I LOVED it. Witty (and yes, "high school", but still a much needed laugh).

    Best part:

"You removed Katie Couric as a friend. 11:17 AM"

"You added Katie Couric as a friend. 8:31 AM"

  8. That was a brilliant- but it was hard to tell if the joke was on Palin or the millions who use facebook, as it skewers them both. The tone was perfect.

  9. Pretty darn funny. And I'm a self-loathing conservative!

  12. Andy/All,

I think we're all missing the point about Palin. She is the female George W. Bush! She might not be articulate or qualified to be president but that doesn't stop her from getting votes from many Americans.

As Americablog points out, Palin is a damn good debater. That means that a lot of people will be surprised when she does well or okay tomorrow. That might be the tipping point that gives them the excuse to support McCain/Palin.

    http://www.americablog.com/2008/10/sarah-palin-doesnt-know-much-about-lot.html

    http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2008/10/01/why-sarah-palin-is-a-bett_n_130742.html

I strongly urge you all to stop and think about the schoolyard bully. She may not get the best grades but she knows how to dominate and get others to follow. Palin has been very successful in winning elections in the past.

G.W. Bush was EXTRAORDINARILY successful in winning and controlling the presidency and national debate for almost 8 years. Democrats cowered before him. Despite the current economic mess, millions still adore Bush. The facts don't matter to them. Look at gay Republican trolls on this site. They can view at a long history of homophobia in the GOP and blink it away and then tell the rest of where liberal scum.

Sarah Palin and John McCain have a good shot of winning the election. A very good shot.

    P.S.

What has not been reported on Towleroad is that the Republicans have been a nationwide campaign of voter suppression. McCain has aligned himself with the campaign advisers who helped create smear jobs against Gore & Kerry.

  13. I just check Facebook so I could send "Sarah Palin" a friend request. That page doesn't actually exist...or was that common knowledge to begin with?

  14. J.P.: You really thought there was such a thing as the Bush Doctrine Application?

    Posted by: jpastor | Oct 1, 2008 4:35:16 PM

  15. i love this. so much. i actually pasted it as MY facebook status.

but, no one has mentioned two of the greatest parts of the page yet:

bill clinton: "i'll try not to "prep" in your hair this time! Sorry!"

    and

"I've narrowed it down to two names:
    1) Twix
    2) Spatula"

who wrote this?? they deserve some sort of award.
