I think he is in it for publicity, he wouldn't be much if it weren't for the fact he is reportedly dating Miley Cyrus. Her parents need to have their heads examined for allowing her to date someone so much older if in fact they are dating. Girls are suppose to be three years ahead of boys their age in maturity so that would make her at the Maturity level of a 19 year old boy. When you look at it that way it seems they are pretty close in age. I think Miley's stardom has gone to not only her head but her families as well.
