Ang Lee's Taking Woodstock Gets a Psychedelic One-Sheet
An acid trip of a poster for Ang Lee's Taking Woodstock, the summer film about Elliot Tiber, the gay man who facilitated the legendary music fest in upstate New York, has dropped.
I've reposted the trailer, AFTER THE JUMP...

That's gorgeous.
Why hasn't there been a Timothy Leary movie, I wonder?

GREAT poster, and I love Ang Lee's work. I'm just having a hard time mustering a whole lot of enthusiasm for yet another film extolling the awesomeness of the boomer generation. I don't mean to hate on anyone, but the constant barrage of media over the last decade or so showing me how fabulous PT cruisers are and how Dennis Hopper can help me retire at 55 and what a huge influence the hippies had on American culture before so many of them turned into conservative Christians... it just makes me fatigued after a while.

It's kind of busy, but CAN'T wait-- Demitri Martin is Adorable and Ang Lee is becoming a stronger director with each picture.
