  1. Obama could have said "I want a good judge" or "I want a competent judge" or "I want a fair judge" or pretty much ANYTHING and they would say "its code for ACTIVIST JUDGE"

    They are already disapproving of his pick, before he's even picked.

  2. The Coopster should totally become one of the panelists on The View ... Between his residency on his CNN gabfest (with his fave. hag, Erica Hill) , his frequent hosting gigs on Regis & Kelly (with his fave galpal Kelly R.) and occasional "hard news" appearances on 60 Minutes (asking Kenny Chesney if he's gay, or racing Michael Phelps in the pool), Cooper would be a perfect fit with the Bitches of The View. Joy would definitely be able to get him to come out, at least.
