Hawk Swoops into 'Birdies' Restaurant in NYC
Blogger And I Am Not Lying writes: "Hey, how was your lunch today? Yeah? Good. Oh, mine was fine. Well… there was this one part where A F***ING HAWK FLEW INTO THE RESTAURANT WHERE I WAS EATING, AND LANDED ON MY FOOD."

Very cool. When I was in college, I worked for a birds of prey rehabilitation clinic. That looks like an immature bird whose feathers aren't fully formed. It probably hasn't quite learned how to hunt yet. It might be a Red Tail Hawk or a Cooper's Hawk.

Agreed -- I'd go with imm. Red-tailed. And it's not in good shape.

lol JohnH
Bird just wanted something less raw, less cold, and less icky than his peers. Anyway, not everybody in NYC likes sushi. Dare to be different!
I do hope he didn't eat anything that would upset his system, though.
