One Kalamazoo Releases First Anti-Discrimination Ad
Kalamazoo, Michigan is facing a November ballot measure that would place protections from discrimination based on sexual orientation before voters. Readers of this blog will recall that the issue has gone back and forth and has folks in that area heavily engaged.

Two of our three "grew up" in Kalamazoo. It's a beautiful city with a strong and wonderful gay community and a proud, gay mayor, Bobby Hopewell. We know its citizens and our friends will make the right choice.

reminds me of just having been out in iowa! seems like the midwest is holding true to its origins...not the fundamentalist ones, which have everyone calling it 'jesusland'...those, which are more 'live and let live'...AMEN!
