I think Jeffrey Self is such an awesome, young talent. I'm excited to see where he'll be in 5 years. He and his youtube partner are so freaking hilarious together; I wish they'd post more often. (I should probably watch the stuff they did for Logo, but that would more than likely require that I actually have Logo... which I don't have because I barely watch TV anyway, beyond Rachel Maddow).

wow they really made that all just one big joke. it would have been nice if it was serious for like one second. coming out is still hard for some people. and the poor ex-wife of that older guy must be having a real laugh at him making such lame jokes about her marriage. im all for fun but that was maybe a bit too much fun on a somewhat serious subject.

Wow, I haven't seen Kevin Meaney for many years and didn't realize he came out. Good for him.

Whoa I had no idea about Kevin either!
Also, Jeffery and Cole really are a wonderful and hilarious team. You can buy their aeries on iTunes, watch their show for free on Logo's site, and there's always all their free stuff on YouTube.

I remember watching Kevin Meany do his stand up on Comedy Central just before and around the time that I came out about 15 years ago, and I had always assumed he was gay, and maybe professionally closeted. His impressions of his mother were always...you know, suspect (!).
Very nice to see them all, especially since gay comedians have long been ghettoized in the industry. Let's face it: we gay people are pretty damn funny, and hopefully our humor will become more mainstream.
