  3. You don't have any right to free speech on private property.

    None at all.

The first amendment only applies to the government and agencies of the government. In this case, Sears (tenant) leases the property from Buckland Hills Mall (landlord). Which means mall security - as representatives of the landlord - have more power than the store security who work for the tenant. If Garrido was told to knock it off or even to leave the premises, then he should have done so. Refusing to comply with such a notice would indeed be a breach of peace.

It is a mall, not the United States House of Representatives.

  5. It is very much time for Jude Law to start shaving his hair... it would look a lot better. No shame in losing it... but just keep it nice and short if/when it happens.

  6. Just to clarify - the homophobic comments about same-sex marriage in Melbourne newspaper The Age were not an official editorial - it was an opinion piece by the paper's gossip columnist Lawrence Money, who needs to be fired, pronto!
