I did steps one and two as well, adn step three doesn't work. Either the site doesn't load, or it says "contest ended" and clicking "enter" takes me to a mostly blank page.

I think you should double check this promo you're running. Might be against Facebook's Promotion Guidelines since you're asking people to join the page to possibly win the raffle. Just FYI.
