  1. Nice to hear some positive gay news related to Oklahoma.

  2. Just a small correction - The Torchwood figures are actually 16" and 17" dolls as opposed to action figures which run much smaller generally.

  3. Jay-Z is right. The We Are The World 25 is pretty terrible.

  4. There is no subcategory for me. But, if I had to pick, I'd say I'm a mix between the Gay Jock and the GayLister.

  8. That's fell and _slid_ 1500ft.

I kept reading that "fell 1500ft" and kept thinking this "rescue" must now be body recovery because it'd be near miraculous to survive a fall that high. Sliding on snow pack makes this much more sensible.

(Though survival has happened with free-fall accidents in parachuting at heights greater than that.)

  9. May I suggest that the gay chorus from Corona del Mar High School be invited to sing at the unveiling of the plaque at Harvey Milk's Castro Camera Shop?

They don't have a gay chorus! Are you sure? I'm sure they would form one for an event as important as this one.

  11. Yes, gerry, I'm sure fat shut-ins everywhere are grateful for your correction.

So Andy, does the inclusion of the first article have anything to do with inclusion of the last?

  12. Gawker is annoying as fuck. Those stereotypes could have been ¨defined¨ 15 or more years ago and are simply incomprehrensive, annoying Cliff Notes about parts of gay NYC. Nick Denton must just not give a shit anymore, because that kind of article is absurd. Sorry that I´m not a stereotype, I don`t live in NYC, and not every gay guy is a bottom (but oh ho ho it´s so clever and funny to say otherwise!)

The original WATW was sucky sap. Do They Know It´s Christmas was much better. They could (shock!) have actually written a new song. Instead both WATW singles are repetitive drivel, the first of the better British effort and the second of the crap first.
