  2. If you do want an iPad i suggest you hurry up. Apple are being sued by Elan Microelectronics Corp for breach of copyright over its use of Elans multi-touch technology. Elan has won such cases before and is seeking a ban on all iphone, ipod and ipad products as well as the use of its tech in macbooks and the magic mouse.
    Elan already has a ruling against apple in California and has successful defended its copyright against other companies in the past.
