roadBizarre trading bots have infiltrated the nation's stock exchanges: "In fact, it's hard to figure out exactly what they're up to or gauge their impact. Are they doing something illicit? If so, what? Or do the patterns emerge spontaneously, a kind of mechanical accident? If so, why? No matter what the answers to these questions turn out to be, we're witnessing a market phenomenon that is not easily explained."

roadRufus Wainwright on Kylie Minogue: "I first saw [her] in her video for 'Can't Get You Out of My Head' and was instantly smitten -- but also a little scared. 'Finally, a white Grace Jones!' I thought, and on one hand wanted to see her, but only as long as it wasn't in a dark alley: Her pulsing sexuality interferes with my gaydar, and who knows what horrible things could happen!"

roadMaggie Gallagher freaks out in the SF Chronicle: "If this ruling is upheld, millions of Americans will face for the first time a legal system that is committed to the view that our deeply held moral views on sex and marriage are unacceptable in the public square, the fruit of bigotry that should be discredited, stigmatized and repressed. Parents will find that, almost Soviet-style, their own children will be re-educated using their own tax dollars to disrespect their parents' views and values."

  1. Tim Wildmon - on what basis should Judge Walker be impeached? Did Wildmon *read* the decision? It was logical, well-reasoned, articulate, systematic, analytical - and the defense's witnesses were unreliable. It seems to me that Judge Walker did his job.

    Another uneducated lunatic....

  3. Steve, Judge Walker dared to disagree with Tim Wildmon's fanaticism. To that bigot, that's an impeachable offense.

  4. you know...what I don't understand is why anybody would care what this fat, uneducated bitch has to say. She doesn't not live in California...she has no background in Constitutional law or how the law works. Also, Judge walker was appointed by Ronald Regan and blocked, then finally appointed by GEORGE H BUSH SENIOR!! HELLLO FUCKING LO. He is not necessarily gay friendly, but you have to realize that the proponents arguments didn't hold up in court...gays can't get married because they can't procreate...REALLY Neither can an 80 year old, but they can still get married, and technically the argument or not being able to procreate is NOT TRUE gay men can have a surrogate, they still have the ability to procreate, they just don't want to fuck a woman to do it. Conversly, a gay woman doesn't want to fuck a man either!! For Crying out loud...this fat bitch needs to be called out!! She is really the poster child for a good marriage...where is her husband?

  6. 'Finally, a white Grace Jones!'

This is super insulting and just a smidge racist. Who needs a white Grace Jones when we already have a Grace Jones? Also, come on queen, as much as i love Kylie, she is nowhere near the same level of amazing as Grace.

But anyway, gotta go, I'm looking for a black Rufus Wainwright.
