  1. I thought the commercial was cute, but a blatant ripoff of the Swedish newspaper commercial.

  3. George King was totally crushing on the interviewer. Hahahaha! Sweet. And the ad is cute, and if it had any undertones, so what?

  5. Why would anyone have an issue with this commercial?

  6. That's a great point, Michael W. Shouldn't the real controversy be whether ad writers can simply take a script someone else already did and switch in their own product?

    The commercial is virtually identical.

  7. Good for him and I love that slogan "No more down low"...be out, be open, be honest with who you are and see the positive changes made not only in your personal life but the amazing strides and progress you help make in this world just by being you and being open about it. If we're hidden, we can't be the change we wish to seek, only with openess and honesty can we show who we are and evolve minds. I have great respect for all gay men and woman who are comfortable enough to be OPEN hearted, open minded, and open with their sexuality and who they are.

  11. I thought the ad was great. George is right, it tickles on a number of levels; seriously.

My fave part of the ad is that he's "into it" and feeds the guy some chips. lol

It hits straight-boy masculinity & blows a hole thru all the macho baloney & does it with humor. The Doritos' people are genius; someone else does all the work, they get all the publicity & no risk of exposure to criticism. They all deserve a raise!

  12. When I saw the commercial, I didn't know the sexuality of either actor and assumed they were probably straight.

It's nice to know he's gay, he seems very down to earth, hopefully this will see an increase in business for him.
