Justin Gaston to Play Levi Johnston in ‘Game Change’

Several more cast announcements have been made for the HBO film adaptation of Mark Halperin and John Heilemann’s book Game Change, about the 2008 presidential elections.

Actor/model Justin Gaston has been cast as Levi Johnston. Sarah Paulson and Peter MacNicol have also been cast, Deadline reports.

Paulson will play McCain's senior campaign adviser Nicolle Wallace, described as attractive, wholesome, California-bred, smart, focused and an ambitious political writer and communications chief who worked for Jeb Bush and then McCain. Ally McBeal alum MacNicol will play McCain's campaign manager Rick Davis, who oversaw the development and implementation of all campaign strategy and policy development.

A first look at Julianne Moore as Sarah Palin surfaced on the web earlier this week.

So, do you think he stuffs to portray the real Johnston as someone everyone hopes is well-endowed (cause he doesn’t have much else going for him), to emphasize what he thinks with, or to over-emphasize why we know who this guy is?

My guess is that this is a publicity stunt to get more people to subscribe to HBO. Why else does the channel exist other than to show softcore porn? I’m not saying there isn’t an audience for softcore porn, but I’m not it. Now if this guy did real porn, I’d pay to watch that.

Lots of underwear shots of the guy if you google him – interviews make him come across as maybe not the sharpest knife in the drawer but he should do alright as long as he takes care of himself and his looks don’t fade.
