It's reflective of the primary process; the GOP party faithful that get to vote in primary are the most extreme. The pols court them, then (cautiously) abandon them in general elections.
This is an interesting story- and yet, all my AM television is about Anthony Weiner & Casey Anthony.

I just don't get how they get away with lies. I mean, Hitler using gay Nazis? Really? Doesn't that sound a bit absurd to any of their listeners?

And wouldn't you want the toughest military in the world? So why would you want pansy-ass straight soldiers when you could have ubermensch gays, instead? Even his hate makes no sense. As long as there's a chance some other country will get together an army of killer queens, we better build one ourselves in self defense, right?
