From that photo it looks more like someone backed up and blew a bunch of “santorum” at him! :-)

  2. says

what would you know, STuffy? You’re too busy reminding non-Christians that they’re going to hell.

Uncle Tom called and he says you’re making him look bad. truth.

I think glitter bombing is a great idea and encourage more of it. Notice the old guy leaning over the stairwell yelling “You pieces of $hit!” lol.

  4. say what says

meh, glitter bombing just doesn’t have the shaming factor like a cream pie

    CREAM PIE them!

  5. Max says

Stuffy, you are correct. How about a mass ‘kiss in’? Fight bigotry with love.

Little Kiwi, you write like a child. Grow up.

  6. Max says

Little Kiwi’s daddy issues strike again, this time with a meaningless racial/religious twist. Off topic. Boring.

  7. says

i’m not the one with daddy issues, remember? one of the benefits of being a gay liberal in a liberal family – my dad doesn’t resent calling me son the way yours does.

how’s it going, btw, being Conservative and living your balls in the closet? đŸ˜€

you lean right. you dislike liberals. you dislike muslims. and yet, he still doesn’t love you. how’s that working so far? đŸ˜€

I’ve come to believe that glitterbombing is relentlessly silly and stupid. If you wanna protest a hater, throw a pie in their face.

  9. Caliban says

I’m all for clever protest, but “glitter-Bombing”? Sorry, just not feeling it. It’s so… Rip Taylor on the Gong Show circa 1977. It was stale the 2nd time it happened.

Mix it up, come up with something different, clever and newsworthy.

  10. FunMe says

Not a fan of glitter bombs … at all. Sounds like most of them miss and are messy, and really don’t accomplish much. In fact, it probably sets the message BACK.

I prefer the “mic check” protests where even when some people get booted out, the others continue. The message is out and clear whether they like it or not. One of the best I saw was an Occupy group in Chicago protesting WI Gov. Walker speaking to the Chicago Chamber of Commerce. They all paid for plates and yelled their message til the end.

  11. Yuki says

Protesting Santorum is fantastic, especially now that he’s making an actual attempt for the Presidency, but I still think glitterbombing is incredibly immature.

  12. James says

I do not like Santorum or his politics. But if you throw something at a candidate, then you deserve whatever security unleashes.

  13. Silas says

I like what the last lady said “Your not welcome in South Carolina” Matter in fact they are not welcome anywhere except in their holier than though churchs!

  14. Come on... says

YEAH! That’ll get him to like us! Throw something at him!

Childish…. Useless…. Not one good thing has came from doing this….
