NC GOP Congressional Candidate Denounces Amendment One: VIDEO
Edwin Peacock, a Republican candidate for Congress in North Carolina, spoke out against Amendment One, which would ban same-sex marriage, civil unions, and domestic partnerships, and is appearing on the ballot there May 8.
Peacock said the Amendment is unnecessary and would be bad for business.

Earlier today, Protect All NC Families released an ad featuring former Charlotte Mayors Harvey Gantt and Richard Vinroot speaking out against the discriminatory measure.
While this is fairly common among Republicans in the Northeast, it's refreshing to see from someone in North Carolina. There are many GOP politicians who frankly have no issues with the gay community. Their main goal is fiscal conservatism - period.

It is an interesting and heat topic all the way long that, why same-sex marriage should afford so much burden? Just image yourself, if you are lucky enough to love a same-sex people as you, if you could not change your mind, what would u do then? Scod yourelf? huh?
