Madonna Digs into Lady Gaga in 'MDNA' Tour Rehearsal Clip: VIDEOS
Madonna has apparently taken the well-known controversy over similarities between Lady Gaga's "Born This Way" and "Express Yourself" and woven it into her concert, morphing the latter into the former before taking a dig at Gaga by launching into another song: "She's Not Me".
Several bits of the show have popped up on Israeli news as well. The show kicks off soon in Tel Aviv.

People, Madonna had to get permission from GaGa to use the song. So big surprise - They both know the game being played. Who new manufactured controversy could still be so entertaining?

Soon it will be all over and we'll wake up from our bad dream: the 53-year-old "girl" will break a hip.

Madonna is so talented that she stole from a GAP ad and used magnetic poetry for two songs on Ray of Light. Lul.

@Ozonedude, you don't need a performer's approval to perform a live cover. Madge might find it difficult to put the song in a DVD or live album (i.e., permanently fixed media) but Lady Gaga didn't have to co-sign this. We'll see if it sees the light of day beyond the tour. THEN they're clearly in cahoots :)

Lady Gaga is a talented performer-great voice, great musician. Madonna isn't. End of.

modonna fast on her way to becoming socially and culturally insignificant. Due to her belief that she did everything first; check history girl there were those who did it before you (eartha Kitt for one).

I just can't with Madonna. As much as I enjoy her music (her older music, anyway) SHE is just disgusting. Bitchy, petty, hypocritical (yeah, cause your career hasn't been reductive, Madge) -- she's her own worst enemy, and yet, her own best PR person. Interesting how she really didn't say much about Born This Way until almost a year after it debuted, just in time for her own album to drop and her critically derided film to debut, but I'm sure that was just a coincidence. And not for anything, the melody of Born This Way may bear a resemblance to Express Yourself, in parts, but Madonna singing it highlights one very crucial truth; Lady Gaga is simply a more talented singer than Madonna ever will be. Girl's got a better set of pipes and, ironically given her public image, doesn't need any theatrics to wow an audience, just a piano and a spotlight.
I'm sorry, but nostalgia and some really iconic music videos don't overshadow or excuse the fact that Madonna has proven herself, yet again, to be a raging C-U=N...you know the rest.

I thought it was a thoroughly lovely embracing of the sonic and celebratory similarities...an hommage.
Until the "She's Not Me".
I love you Madonna. Always have, always will...but I'm happy to concur...with a huge sigh of relief.
Tacky.

its sad that madonna is a legend and she feels she has to stoop this low to a rookie in the biz
whats sad is she claims to support the LGBT community but she does this?
say what you want about born this way
but it was the first number one in HISTORY to include the words: gay, straight, bi, lesbian, and transgendered
there are kids on the brink of suicide who feel like no one cares and that the world is out to get them - atleast gaga wants to stand up for them
also its rich coming from madonna that gaga is copying her when most of madonna's career was ripped off from other artists that did it before her
i say we get these two to duke it out without any gimmicks and just in front of a mic - if this was the case lady gaga would obliterate madonna
even i can sing better than madonna
