Masseurs/Masseuses aren't licensed. Massage therapists who are licensed are "Licensed Massage Therapists; (LMTs)". If Travolta wants happy ending massages he needs to go to prostitutes and masseurs/masseuses and stay away from ethical Licensed Massage Therapists.

I don't know if the designation masseur/masseus precludes also having a license to give what masseurs/masseuses give; i.e., massages.
