Tea Party Leader: If Romney Has to Release His Tax Records, Obama Has to Prove He Doesn't Smoke Crack and Have Gay Sex

The President of Tea Party Nation is demanding an eye for an eye, or something like that, Raw Story reports:

PhillipsJudson Phillips, whose for-profit group is better known to Tennessee as the “Tea Party Nation Corporation,” explained in an essay that also went out in a mass email to his followers that the American people must know whether the president had secret financial support in college due to his status as a “foreign student” — and dredged up a long-disproved story of Obama’s alleged encounter smoking crack and having sex with a gay prostitute.

“A man named Larry Sinclair claims that in 1999 he and Barack Obama had sex and then smoked crack cocaine,” Phillips wrote. “This is 1999, nine years before Obama would run for President. Crack cocaine is very addictive. It is very destructive. Addiction specialist will tell you that a crack addiction is very tough to break.”

  4. Conservatives - continuing to spread already-debunked lies about others in order to avoid telling the truth about themselves.

  6. I don't think anyone is asking for Romney's 1999 tax return... but he won't even give us 2009...

Out of touch teabagger is out of touch.

  9. And would you have believed that an intern gave the President blow jobs in the Oval office? I question the TP story, but he's certainly got the vanity to do something like this.

  10. I want to see 1999 and see if he lists Utah as his residence...because later Ronmey says he never really, really left Massachusetts and worked on Bain so he met the residency requirements for the governors race.

  11. I know people were critical of George W Bush, but I honestly get more and more disgusted with the lack of respect people give President Obama. And all politics aside, I really believe it's a racial issue. Even almost four years later, these prejudiced people are bitter that a black man is president. Even when people used to ridicule Pres. Bush, they never just called him "Bush" the way people call the president "Obama." Between the ridiculous birther movement, the "Barack Hussein Obama" cracks and others, it just is tremendously disheartening.

  12. That must be one of the stupidest statements ever. Excellent example of think tanks of Tea Party.

  13. Larry, remember the legions of people out for the Dixie Chicks' blood because of Natalie Maines' statement on the eve of that atrocious folly of a war?

Those very people have been saying much much much worse things about President Obama. That's consistency for you - don't you dare insult our President or else you're an America hating unpatriotic lowlife! OH, unless the president is a liberal black man with a foreign-sounding name. Then it's ok, in their minds.

  14. This is fun. Let's get this Teabagger to prove that HE hasn't smoked crack and had gay sex, as in "When did you stop smoking crack and having gay sex?" as a riff on "When did you stop beating your wife?"

  15. More than anything this is a case of someone with way too much time on his hands.

My question would be to this Mr. Phillips is, "How do you earn a living?"

  16. I love that it has come to this -- Tea Party supporters rushing to defend Mitt Romney, the creator of the Massachusetts health plan and Mr. Monopoly. It is simply fabulous, really, because it know it destroys them inside to have to support him.

  17. Romney has released ONE tax return and even it isn't complete. That's far fewer tax returns than any Presidential candidate has released in the last 30+ years. But his wife Leona Helmsley.... err, I mean Ann Romney assures us that's all "you people" need to know about their finances.

Uh, no it's not and that there are calls for them to release their tax returns, from both Democrats AND Republicans shows that it's not.

  18. I have heard of Tea Party nuts. But this guy takes the cake.

  19. Wait a minute -- the feds makes you file documentation of crack-smoking with gay prostitutes nowadays?

I guess government regulations really have gone too far.

  20. I heard a story, form myself, that Mr Phillips has had gay sex with a man, not his wife. Can he disprove my delusional rumor? Of course not, therefore it must be true! HAH! I knew he was gay from that photo! (this is called satire, for those not familiar)

  21. Judson Phillips is using double speak. It's a logical fallacy to prove that something DOESN'T exist or DIDN'T happen - the burden of proof is on the accuser. Now he's made himself liable by spreading unsubstantiated rumor. A better ploy would have been to secure testimony and evidence, then make this accusation. Since this wasn't done, I'm assuming Judson is either very lazy, or clueless - neither being a win for his team.

I hope the Prez and staff sue him for slander or if this does turn out true, then it would be a great case for drug testing ALL politicians regardless of party...and I'm talking hair DNA testing to get their full histories. I think we'd see mass layoffs across the board.

  22. Judson Phillips has prove he doesn't swallow!

    Posted by: Dale | Jul 20, 2012 5:28:38 PM

  23. How do you prove that you never had gay sex? Is there a machine somewhere that keeps record of every sexual encounter you had, and Obama has to turn it in? Or maybe he has to pee on a stick that turns pink if you sucked a guy off or took it up the butt?

Yeah, Obama will turn in proof of his wild gay sex orgies after Romney proves he doesn't rape horses.

  24. why don't they just make it easy and less time consuming for everybody and just say, once and for all, that nothing, absolutely nothing, that President Obama will ever do, now or in the future, will suffice since, at the end of the day, he is still a (half-)black man in the White House, and that will never be acceptable to any of those guys.
