I liked the ASAPScience vid. Though it seemed to just summarize the main points of weight-loss that are usually brought up. Eat breakfast, exercise, and calorie count.

It's amazing to me that studios release trailers for films that basically give everything away. I feel like i've seen the film now in under 2 minutes and no longer have any desire to watch it in full.
