Watch Former President Bill Clinton's DNC Speech Nominating Barack Obama: VIDEO
Former President Bill Clinton gave a fiery speech on Wednesday night touting Barack Obama's economic policies, his health care reform, while calling out Republican lies, divisiveness and hate, and urging voters to reject the selfish fiscal policies of Mitt Romney and the GOP.
“The most important question is, what kind of country do you want to live in? If you want a you're-on-your-own, winner-take-all society, you should support the Republican ticket. If you want a country of shared prosperity and shared responsibility — a we're-all-in-this-together society — you should vote for Barack Obama and Joe Biden.”
Added Clinton, "I proudly nominate him to be the standard-bearer of the Democratic Party."

SORRY! I WAS LOOKING AT THE WRONG POST! Disregard my previous post, like many already do.

Jason - you miss the point - Clinton's philandering was despicable BUT he was an excellent President who did a huge amount for his country. Was his personal life flawed - Yes. Was he forced into compromises (such as DADT) which we (and possibly he) would have seen as sub-optimal - Yes, did he make mistakes - Yes. But overall, his strengths and achievements vastly outweighed his errors and failings and very few people would maintain that, on balance, he left the nation under his stewardship a poorer place.
He remains a gifted and natural orator and this speech did him proud.

Oh please Jason! Like the crop of GOP candidates were all saints? Give me a break!
Hillary has obviously forgiven him, so you and the rest of the GOP do-gooders really need to get over it already. I know you guys like to live like we are in the past but it's not 1998 anymore!
