President Obama approves of Joe Biden's performance in the debate last night:

“I'm going to make a special point of saying that I thought Joe Biden was terrific tonight,” Obama said as he descended Air Force One, according to a media pool report. “I could not be prouder of him. I thought he made a very strong case. I really think that his passion for making sure that the economy grows for the middle class came through. So I'm very proud of him.”

  1. Amen, Mr. President, Amen. Now, let's see equally forceful arguments from you beginning with next Tuesday night's debate against Mittens the Flip-flop-flipping GOPer.

  2. Oh, goody. I hope he borrows the laughing and smirking and interrupting. Or as big fan Tom Brokaw said this morning: "Joe just being goofy".

  3. Nothing wrong with interrupting. These timed situations are a joke and almost never let the full story be said. He probably smiled and laughed too much, but interjecting quick couple-word rebuttals as an opponent is talking works.

  4. Complaining about style over substance (Joe being too smiley) is just a concession that Paul lost.

Funny how Ryan asked for some of the money from the very stimulus program he now demonizes.

Interesting that Ryan so blindly follows his faith that a top priority of his is to overthrow Roe v Wade.

Bizarre how his low-on-specifics "5-point plan" to recover the economy suddenly materialized from nowhere during the first presidential debate. Where was this plan for even the past 2 months?

Laughable that he would insist democrats use fear mongering as a way to garner votes...what a lovely example of projection! With Karl Rove in perfect focus!
