I don't think the dog did it on purpose. He was sniffing the cat and his hand slipped. Dogs are too sweet for such sneaky behavior.

@Andy, I can assure you that some dogs, even sweet 100 pound ones, can be quite sneaky. It's why I call my dog a Sneakus Beakus.
