Old Spice has been marketing to teenaged boys and young men for a while, apparently to shake off their old man reputation. What I've always liked about Old Spice' advertising is that unlike other products marketed to young males, Old Spice doesn't really make their commercials overtly heterosexual ("this hygiene product is for you to get girls"). Their commercials are usually asexual and occasionally homoerotic.

Weird or not the guy is kinda hot. And I like the smell of old spice, so I would buy it.

Maybe it's because I am musically inclined but all I can think of is the fact that the music eerily reminds me of Folgers' commercials.

My grandson (14 yo) has taken to wearing Old Spice. Go figure.

Am I the only one who is really annoyed that the Old Spice logo on the bar of soap is upside down?

Umm, RedOnTheGreg, that's part of the absurdity of the ad.

I loved the upside down logo. Obviously Old Spice does not take itself too seriously.

LOVE the 80s jingle and closing graphics. Oh my lord how hilarious.
