This was at a weekly House Republican meeting on Wednesday morning.

  3. Nice dress actually. I actually enjoy Bachman. She is so absolutely bonkers its kind of entertaining. At least you know where you stand with her - pretty much always diametrically opposed. I don't think there is any other elected official that i consistently don't agree with. It really is like she lives on another planet where everything is upside down.

  4. This might be a good thing. The Google Glasses might overwhelm her tiny little brain with so much information she will have to pray about that her head may once and for all explode.

  5. In related news, 3 product "buzz" managers at Google were just rushed to hospital after experiencing an extraordinary simultaneous cardiac arrest. The apparently healthy, 30-something tech workers had just discovered the absolutely last person on Earth they'd want associated with their product had been seen wearing it that morning.
This reminds me of a hilarious article in the Washington Post last summer during the campaign, when a Romney operative pleaded that he was "cool" and understood "youth" because he had a smartphone and an active twitter account. No, I am not making that up.

  7. Ooops, sorry about that! I tried loading the page in another browser to see if the missing comment was due to a stale cache...I still saw my comment missing and assumed it hadn't posted.

Since this happens sporadically, maybe the confirmation page should state "it may take several minutes for your comment to appear"
I almost never see this on other blogs unless I know they are moderated.

  8. Did Apple or Microsoft pay her a million dollars for that photo? The negative PR for Google is priceless.

  9. Will Marcus Bachmann be able to use it to connect to online gay hookup sites?

  12. This will pretty much doom them! She's hoping to see into her alternate universe . . .

  13. perhaps she's emailing god...you know, multi-tasking between being batsh*t crazy and creating a war. Wait, didn't Hitler beat her to it? Oh, Michelle, you always come in second.

  19. There are may crazy and insane people in this country and I believe that it is very democratic of us to have someone that represent that constituency. My only wish is that their representative would have chosen to remain on earth instead of existing beyond "The Twilight Zone".

  23. That's the end of Google glass right there.

  24. Marcus is going to love that. The next time he and Michelle have their regularly scheduled married Christian intercourse, he can wear these to view gay porn to get an erection rather than resorting to the old routine of using Viagra and a paper bag with Brad Pitt's face taped on it.

  25. I can't wait to find out how Glass' wireless reception is affected by the tinfoil hat.
