    Wow, not one nod for “Smash”? Was really hoping one of the girls would get one.

    On the bright side, yay for Sarah Paulson’s nod for American Horror Story, but she should’ve been nominated for Lead Actress.

    @Mikey… I agree about Tatiana Maslany. 7 nominations in that Best Actress category and they couldn’t spare one for her? Every episode of Orphan Black is a showcase for her brilliance.

    This snub by the Emmys is disgraceful.

    I always thought a show had to air on broadcast TV or cable to qualify for an Emmy. I guess I was wrong, or is the show syndicated on cable somewhere?

    Great that Bates Motel got a nod but i would say that Freddie Highmore is the standout in this series. Having said that,they,mother & son are perfectly cast. And as good as Hugh Bonneville is Jim Carter as Carson is the standout actor in that series for me.
