Matt Damon: 'It's Safe to Say I Won't Be Robin'

Batman

Matt Damon talks to The Times of India about the possibility that he'd play Robin to Ben Affleck's Batman:

"I am a little older than Ben. I never saw Robin as older than Batman. Somebody sent me a picture actually (of his face photoshopped on Robin's body and Ben's on Batman's). It was really funny. But it's safe to say I won't be Robin."

  1. Re: Amazing Race - Why is it the only (aptly) gay couple are the two pudgy "theater performers" neither married, "best friends forever" in their late 40's and mid-50's? The only other 'older' competitor is an incredibly fit looking father and ER Doctor? Why can't we see the typical athletic couple like Royce Wadsworth And Kyle Krieger, Gay 'Get Out Alive' Contestants, who made the Bear Grylls' Show A Must-See instead of two aging gay men who will be gone by the third leg of the race? I think I've passed over the last two Amazing Races because the gay "friends and roommates for nine years..." are so lame they are obviously only tokens. I just don't see any couple on this upcoming race compelling enough to add it to my tv listings.

  2. These "reality" shows all play on huge stereotypes. Bitchy queens, athletic lesbians, mouthy blacks, whiny Jews, the Jap, the Barbie, Vietnam Ken, Iraq Ken, the born again Christian you want to slap, etc....
