  2. "Claiming" a vocabulary or copying it? Inclusion was the primary goal. Calling it the gay and lesbian experience a "story" is really a gloss job.

  3. What a huge waste of time and energy. ENDA will not pass because these unelected activist clowns decided to stuff it with extraneous provisions concerning "gender identity and expression." A straight-forward sexual orientation bill was transformed into one about on the job crossdressing and a host of other conduct that is not spelled out.

    Congress quite rightly refuses to impose potentially great liability on American business for conduct that isn't well defined. So let these morons carry on. They will fail. They have betrayed all LGB people - including LGBs who also happen to be T - by insisting on a bill that covers crossdressing and transsexual bathroom preferences.
